Ashanti is from Tampa, Florida and she has wanted to be an attorney since she was nine years old.She joined her first junior mock trial team when she turned ten years old. Dedicated to pursuing her dream, she enrolled into the Law and Criminal Justice Academy at Thomas Jefferson High School in Tampa, Forida. Upon Graduating high school, she enrolled at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) to pursue a degree in Philosophy and Religion, with a Minor in Pre-Law. While at FAMU, she joined the Hatchett Pre-Law society, where she joined the Mock Trial Team.She moved to Georgia to begin her law school journey at Mercer University School of Law, where she joined the Moot Court Team. She has always been passionate about advocating for people and using those skills to lift the voices of the voiceless. She is admitted to practice in the lower courts of Georgia, as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. She is also admitted to practice in all federal courts in Georgia. She has practiced and advocated for herclients in every level of courts in Georgia and she hasa proven track record of success.
